ACSS has 11 Chapters throughout the State of California. Each Chapter has a President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer and Board Members. Chapters vary in size from around 250 members to 4,500 members. Each Chapter has uniuqe needs due to their demographics, geographic terrirory, and departments serviced.
Chapter officers and Board Members are excluded employees just like you! Chapter Presidents meet regularly at the ACSS Board Meetings and discuss issues relevant to their Chapter at the President's Forum Committee Meeting. Chapter Presidents also help organize Chapter Meetings.
Chapter Meetings are a great place for you to participate in ACSS activities. At each Chapter meeting, excluded employees can network with their peers, discuss job-related issues, ask questions and get answers from their local Labor Relations Representative, vote on the Chapter budget, get exclusive news related to the issues that are important to excluded employees, and more! You can join meetings virtually or in-person.*
(*Large groups may only gather according to proper state-mandated health and safety protocols.)
