After years of neglect, more than 1,100 supervisors and managers at the DMV are on track to receive a 7.5% raise in a bid to help correct salary compaction.
Your ACSS has confirmed that the 7.5% raise will be on top of the 3% top step raise that went into effect as of July 1.
According to CalHR the new raise is still pending legislative review, therefore "an exact date cannot be provided as to when staff will receive the increases, however the 7.5% adjustments will be effective as of July 1, 2013."
