Todd D'Braunstein
Members, I am TODD D’BRAUNSTEIN current Board Member of Chapter 514 covering Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Currently, I also serve as the ACSS Statewide President. During my tenure we have seen our membership grow and have increased our political activism and visibility, all while continuing to provide high quality direct member representation. My name is Denise De Catur, and I work for California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR). As your Delegate I will: 1. Encourage excluded employees to join Association of California State Supervisors (ACSS). 2. Keep members up to date with news. 3. Support excluded members who ask for help. 4. Make sure the excluded members understand their rights. 5. Take an active role in attending Chapter and Delegate meeting. 6. Develop leadership relationships with Managers, Supervisor, and Confidential State Employees. I will bring knowledge, motivation, positive attitude, compassion, and determination. I am up for the challenge for this position.
Sjoekje Sasbone
My name is Sjoekje F. Sasbone, LCSW, EMHA. I am running for Chapter 514 Delegate and Chapter President. As an active member of ACSS for two years, I have represented ACSS at several political events, am a member of the Nominating Committee, and participated in the 2020 ACSS Lobby Day event. Completing USC's Executive Masters in Healthcare Administration in 2020 affords me the advanced leadership skills representative of a Delegate or Chapter President. I hold both positions in high regard, and if elected, I pledge to instill the ACSS mission, vision, and values in my advocacy for all members.
